I recently got an xbox one and transferred my account from my 360 to the xbox one and that was fine, however I cant purchase anything because it says that an adult has put a privacy restriction on my account, and on my 360 I could buy things at will. I tried
to change my settings but it wont let me without an adult account, and I dont have an adult account on any xbox, so how do I change my privacy settings??

Is it possible that the account that you're trying to change the settings on could be a child account? If that is the case then you would need to long onto an adult account and add the child account to its family to be able to adjust the settings for the

Hello N4tsu,

When you go to privacy settings, change a couple others to block and save and log out. Log back in then go change the ones you need to say allow along with ones you changed to block and see if that helps.
