Discus and support I cant change my privacy settings / cannot access them in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I am trying to play in a Minecraft realm but when I try to accept the invite, the game says that i need to update my privacy settings in order to play...     I cant change my privacy settings / cannot access them


    I am trying to play in a Minecraft realm but when I try to accept the invite, the game says that i need to update my privacy settings in order to play online. However, every link I press to get to my settings redirects me to the help page. It's super frustrating
    and i don't understand what's causing it. I feel like there should be a simple way to access my settings, but through about 20 minutes of searching I've come up dry. I had a friend do the same thing and he was able to access it, but for some reason it redirects
    me. thanks for the help.

    i have a similar issue but with the migration to Microsoft accounts, every thing works fine but i cant play multi player. aparently its linked to my privacy settings but i cant access them to change them

    how do access my privacy settings?

    Privacy Settings

    After a big update (November 13) I cant even get access to my privacy settings on Xbox One. It permanently writes: "There is a problem with the servise. Please try again".

    My console is a Home console, there is only my adault account, no family or children accounts.

    My privacy settings is custom, not default.

    I can get access to them throught the web site. But when I try to change settings the site doesnt want to save them.

    Also I have Xbox 360 and it seems fine with privacy settins on it - I can get access to them, change and save them normaly.

    Just another word: I can normaly purschase games via my credit card, play it an so on. I cant only get access to privacy options on my Xbox One.

    Can't access to any pages except Beta.xbox.support.com

    Unfortunately Privacy settings cannot be changed in the app, it says please visit the website.... Which we can't access!

    Account says I'm a child account, although I'm not.

    Whenever I try to change my settings through aka.ms/accountsettings , it always leads me to this page: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026796/microsoft-account-change-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings . Although I am an adult
    account, I cannot access any of the links on this page OR xbox.com that would let me change my privacy settings. Any help?

    Minecraft Privacy & Online Settings

    Hello I am experiencing this problem with Minecraft im trying to join my friends realms but it said you cannot play minecraft realms because of how your account is set up. You can change your privacy and online settings in aka.ms/account settings
    but it never works i cant find privacy settings anywhere it sends me to xbox support everytime. Please help
