i can't change my privacy and online security since 2 day

    i can't change my privacy and online security since 2 day


    when i try to submit the change its send me this error message :

    Privacy and online security PROBLEM !

    I need help! When I launch Minecraft and I try to add a friend it tell me that I have to modify my privacy and online security settings on xbox.com. So i went on the site and then I change online security settings to authorized and then when I press on the
    save button and it bring all my online security settings to blocked ! So I can't play minecraft with my friends...

    I would have to recommend you reach out to Official Xbox support at support.xbox.com/contact-us and see if there are any backend issues with your account they might be able to help resolve.

    the current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox Live

    You will want to follow solution 2 on this page and make sure your privacy and online safety settings are set to allow to play multiplayer games.
