    I can't change my pfp on xbox


    I've been trying yo change it for the past couple of days but it hasn't worked, I've tried different images, nobe of them have anything inappropriate, I changed it on Microsoft to see if it'd work on xbox but it's not. I've been using xbox app btw. Anyways my friend said the same thing that it won't work and I'm wondering if it's an issue on Microsoft end or if it's just me cuz it's strange that my friend had the same issue. I'd also like to add that when I press upload it shows the little thing saying I need to wait for it ti get verified, I understand it can take a bit but It's been atleast a day.

    Hello,

    I have been using the Xbox app to try and change my profile picture, and as you should know, it isn't working. I don't have a computer so I won't be able to do anything that you can only do on computer. I haven't tried to screenshot the picture, then try to use the screenshoted picture as the profile picture.

    For this purpose, may I ask if are you trying to make this change by using the Xbox mobile app?

    If affirmative, may I know if you tried taking a screenshot of the desired picture you want to use, then cropping it if necessary and selecting this screenshot as the new profile picture?

    Hi, it is not necessary to use a computer if you need to change your profile picture.
    The Xbox mobile app has this feature, you can crop the screenshotted picture by using the gallery app available on your phone, or an online website.

    It's a server issue. It's happening to everyone. All you can do is wait for it to be fixed.

    xbox app wont change my profile picture

    having the same issue where nothing is changing, I tried changing my menu colour and then pfp then when I saved only the colour changed while usually the pfp changes. For me at least the pfp changes nearly instantly after saving it but usually only others get to see it when it's fully gone through the system.
