I can't change my payment option?

I can't add points. Cna't see or change my payment info either. I am in europa. I can't change payment options either.

First, let's clear the cache of your Xbox by performing a power cycle. In this process, we can ensure that your power supply will restart. Kindly follow the steps below.

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 50 seconds.

Important: Make sure that you wait at least 50 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in Sleep mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Sleep mode, or the ability to turn on your console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console. Once the system boots up, try again.

As part of our isolation, have you tried to checkout through https://www.xbox.com/ using a web browser such as Microsoft Edge? If not, kindly try it as some users who had similar issues are reporting that this method worked for them as a workaround.

you can't remove entirely your method of payment you can change it and in that case you should provide another method of payment. For more information check this xbox support link:

I can't add any payment options is what I'm saying. My location right now as I type this from my Windows Phone is not the USA it is Trinidad and Tobago. In my hotmail account it is Trinidad and Tobago but here on this website it is USA and on the website
you gave me, also USA and it cannot be changed so therefore I can't add payment options.
