Don't worry we will work on this together. This means there's already a linked account associated with the account that you're trying to link. If this is the case, you'll be needing to reach PS support for it so that they can check it further.

Unfortunately theres nothing that can be done about that because Sony only lets you link a single Microsoft account to your PSN for Minecraft.

Even if you could unlink the old Microsoft account, Sony wont let you link a different one.

The only option is to create a brand new PSN account and link a new Microsoft account to that.
