I can't change my member content.

Hi, I can not change my content and I can not play Minecraft online. Whenever I try to change the content of my member, she shows me an
error - 8C150009. I bought a gold Xbox live card and I do not want to waste it. Whenever I try to play Minecraft on the Internet, I get this message-" Failed to create this game session because one of your local players has a Member Content
privilege setting that is too restrictive. Either change your Member Content privilege setting or uncheck the "Online Game" box to start an offline game".Please help,

I can't acces the community from my playercrd when a guest is signed in, I can when there's not guest signed in. It then sais I have to change the Member Content section of my privacy settings. Is this normal?

 

Gamertag already taken - FAKE !

Hi,

I've tried to change my gamertag but they said that the gamertag is already taken, which is false because I can't find the member anywhere.

For example : (sorry for the french link) https://live.xbox.com/fr-FR/en/Profile?gamertag=MacintoshPlus

That member does NOT exist. And I can't change my gamertag to "MacintoshPlus".

So my question is : how can I change my username to this one?

please check the http://account.microsoft.com and
http://account.microsoft.com/services to verify that all information is correct and there are no issues present.

If all information is correct and up to date then please go to
http://account.xbox.com/settings and check your privacy settings if all are set to allow online game play (and user created content).

If a child account is used then the parental account needs to set these settings. Make sure to clear the console cache restart the console and sign in again and see if the issue is still present.

As additional thing to try you can also remove your profile, keep in mind that this requires you to use the account credentials to download your profile again.

1. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

2. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:

3. Turn the console off.

4. Turn the console on.

5. Clear the console cache one more time

6. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 1.)
