    Yeah hi, yes it was my one and only free gamer tag change, it has worked for my Microsoft xbox.com account and on my Xbox 360 so can't understand what a free gamer tag change is good for if it hasn't truely changed?

    Usually is just a momentary instability, or just a little problem on the website.

    Usually does not take too long to get fixed.

    What I did back then was waiting a few days and then, when I go back to change it, it worked. :)

    wont let me switch my email

    Every time I try to switch my gamer tag to another email in account management it says "Sorry, we can't change your Microsoft account right now. For more info go to Xbox.com/AccountSwap." and tried later today and it still wouldn't work.
