    I can’t change my game picture on Xbox app


    I’ve tired everything I could think of doing, I took a picture of the settings I’ve been using my whole life on my account as to not forget them, so when I changed every setting to try and make my account an adult account which it already was nothing happened. I’ve read every setting and set it to allow me to do everything on Xbox prior to that I tried to change it on my old settings and nothing happened if anyone has a fix that would be appreciated.

    Hi Lucas, I’ve been having difficulties with changing my xbox profile picture to a custom image on xbox and on the xbox app. It keeps saying that’s its done uploading but it’s not updating it has been doing it for the past 2 days but I changed it to a default pic on Xbox but now I can’t change it to a custom one
