    I can’t change my bio.


    Ive beent trying to change my bio for a while, i have two accounts my main account and my backup account. I found a new way to update bios on youtube it came with a link that basically allows you to directly enter the “customzie” tab of your xbox account,
    i decided to test it out first on my backup account and it worked i put random info on there like my favorite color. But when i went to try it out on my main account the link no longer worked whenever i would click on it instead of it taking me to the customize
    tab it would take me to “xbox support” page so i tried to do it manually, to find the customize tab manually but it still didnt work no matter what i clicked on the xbox account website on my profile sertinfs it would always send me back to xbox support and
    when i tried to manually type in the link instead of clicking on it, it did the same thing, it sends me to the xbox support. Does anyone know why it keeps sending me back or how to edit the bio or how to find the customize profile tab in any another way ?
    Its driving me nuts.

    yeah, before they changed the website I was able to edit my bio etc, ( I need to change my bio completely because now its a complete lie lawl ), micrsoft plz fix this problem

    @SpeedoMonkey98, I have the same problem as you right now, I can't change my bio from my Xbox and I can't find the thing on the site to change my bio. I really hope they find the reason for this and fix it soon.

    My suggestion depending on where you are having trouble changing your bio is as follows:

    If you are having trouble updating your bio on the xbox, try making the change on the xbox website on your pc (if on pc, try changing your profile bio on your xbox).
