i can't change/delete my Addres book

i have bought game pass and i was charged but when i went back to the xbox beta app it still says join so i decided to buy it again after confirming it's not there through my account page on microsoft website and somehow it says (united state alabama )
wich is not my correct location my paymets get canceld everytime because of it

i even tried to add new addres book wich is my correct location and set it to preferred billing and shopping adres but when i go back and try to buy it again it still says (united state alabama) i can't even delete this it grayed out ):

Hello there,

I would recommend you to change/delete your address book via Microsoft website and about the Xbox Beta app sometimes it does shows you're still not joined but as long as you login in the app it will show you. Also notice you need to update Xbox Beta app.

Hello, recently I saw that my location says something different too. Are you located in the US. If so I didnt worry about it cause I'm in the US still.Now you said its not working because of that? When you keep trying to purchase does it give you any error
popup? Have you went back to your microsoft.com account and checked under billing to see if it went through? Have you checked under subscriptions to see if its a new one? I wouldn't keep trying until its figured out.

Please also go to Payment & billing > Addres book. Please make sure to update your shipping and billing information to France and set it as preferred.

Me too. I can't sign in with Microsoft Jackpot on my Surface Book, but the game works fine on my Surface 3. Deleting and reinstalling the app on my Surface Book made no difference.
