i can't change accounts it just defaults back to the previous account.

it just defaults back to the previous account I say not me, and it signs into the account anyways. I cleared the data for the app multiple times, I removed my device from the account no matter what it is sticking to me.

We understand that you're having trouble changing accounts on your device. Since you have posted here in Gaming and Xbox, may we ask if you are using Xbox?

If yes, you may try signing out of the previous account before attempting to sign in with a new one. You can do this by going to the "Settings" menu, selecting "Account", and then choosing "Sign out". If that doesn't work, you can try resetting your Xbox by holding down the power button for 10 seconds until it turns off, then turning it back on and attempting to sign in with the new account again.

If the issue persists or you are referring to different device, please provide us more details by sending us a reply.
