    Why the purchase of gold status shows that the payment failed, even though the money from my account withdrew as much as 5 five times. But the status of gold has not been rated. So I had to buy the game more than was requested for the shares. How to fix
    this situation and get my money back and still get the gold status?

    my xbox game pass was paid automaticaly, and I lost the money and the signature.

    My money it's in the 'pendent' status, but I can't get him back, it was paid the mensality of the Game Pass, and stays like it was not paid... I canceled my signature, but the money still not back.
