I can't buy the game at the Xbox store.

If I go to https://www.xbox.com/uk-ua and search for a game (click the search box) it shows me a price in hryvnia and the option to buy.

You could also try to change the region on your console and buy from the console store.

Or if you have a disc drive, you could buy physical discs from eBay, Amazon, etc. (Check your country's import restrictions first, if you buy from another country. There's usually a tax-free limit.)

There are also news articles announcing official Xbox support for Ukraine coming soon. (But no date.)

If Xbox is not officially able to be sold in your area, they cannot legally sell you games.

I think I know why.

It's a common problem with the devices.

I had it and I solved it by reinstalling the operating system. Also upgrade your Xbox to SSD.

My store is throwing the oops error every time i try and purchase something. I have gone through all the steps and literally am trying to pay microsoft for extra content. Very frustrated
