    I can't buy on Xbox Live


    I want to make a purchase on Xbox Live on my Xbox 360, but after I click on "Confirm Purchase", a message appears saying "Your account is blocked for purchases on Xbox Live," and I'm not sure exactly what it means and how to "unlock" my account for me
    to make future purchases. So, what do I do?

    You may want to check you online safety settings by following step 2 at the following support article.

    There is a choice in there to allow purchases that may be checked to not allow purchases.
