I can't buy Mut Points on Madden 17

Well, i don't spend money but i can tell you that :

1) I'm a EA Access subscriber and i usually wait for each Madden edition to become available, so i'll be playing M17 for some months

2) I always try and "close" each edition of Madden with the best possible team i could get and/or having in my team the players i root the most for, so it doesn't really matter how much games i'll play with them... remember UT is also a "collectors" game!

I m schizophrenic and bipolar. I spent $500 on madden 20 and $300 on madden 22 MUT. I thought it was madden 22 not madden 20 hence why I spent so much on a 4 year old game. It wasn’t fraud. I paid for it. And I didn’t realize it was madden 20 until after I made the purchases. All I am asking for is a refund on my madden points if you can somehow transfer the points that I spent on madden 20 and put them in my madden 22 account, since they cost the exact same and I don’t play madden 20. I spent 60,000 points on madden 20 within the last 3 weeks but I haven’t even played a single game since I found out it was released in 2019.

I click buy points and nothing responds. I can’t even press a to buy the points. Thats the error I’m having. When I try to buy points just nothing happens.

Hey, JAWhitfield! The items that come with the Deluxe Edition should be the 30 Event Tickets, and 10 All-Pro Packs. The All-Pro Packs are sent once a week as long as you log into MUT, and this expires on November 7th. The 30 Event Tickets are given out once
you log into MUT after launch. This information is also located on
EA's support site.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here:
