I can't buy minecraft because of an error when i'm trying to pay

Hello, I can't purchase Minecraft because I get an error message when trying to pay. It says: "Contact Microsoft Support, there are issues with processing your payment, and we want to resolve them." It also includes an error code: cRveaoNRNNsHn4V+1iQdkB.0.5

This error appears after I paid the 0.01 cent and proceed to purchase the game. I select my bank, then click "Buy," and the above error appears. I’ve already tried multiple times to buy the game, using different browsers and even waiting a day before trying again.

Elaborate on what you mean by "when you can't buy anything" - which specific issue are you referring to? I'm getting the "Use a different way to pay" error regardless if I try to use the money in my MS account or a card by itself.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with one of your payment methods. As part of our isolation, please try to use your card on a different device and use a different browser such as Microsoft Edge then use Incognito or InPrivate mode.

In addition, you may also try to use a different internet connectivity to rule out any issues with your current connection. You may use your mobile device, disconnect from Wi-Fi and use mobile data.

If you're still having issues regardless of browser and your card is working on different merchants, I would recommend that you contact Microsoft support for your profile to be checked internally and see what's causing this issue.

6-Lastly, choose a support option
