    Hello everyone,

    I wanted to ask for help because i from an area where i cant get street numbers or house numbers and from what i know you need house and street number for address line. I really want to buy minecraft but i cant figure out a way to get my address line can anyone please help me.

    Did you tried using an address line from a family member instead?
    Or from a friend?

    You can do that if you don’t have an address line

    Hi, tried downloading the profile as suggested

    I am still no further forward, once downloaded I was asked to sign in because "microsoft needs to check and update the security of your xbox profile" so I cant log in via the gamertag

    It wont recognise the email address that Ive used, possibly because of a typo but because I cant get in, I cant verify this.

    Ive followed the instructions on xbox.com/forgot but I cant sign in with the gamertag so this is useless

    There must be some way I can find out what the email address is!!!
