Discus and support I can't buy minecraft account. in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I have enter all my information correctly, it have send me the authentication code, but when I enter the code, it just show undefined error, order id...     I have enter all my information correctly, it have send me the authentication code, but when I enter the code, it just show undefined error, order id and request id. I have try to contact at https://help.minecraft.net/ but no respond. Please tell me if you have any idea to fix the problem.

    I own minecraft bedrock edition and it shows on xbox app too but it said on the launcher than i need to buy both editions

    First, make sure that the transaction is showing up on your end and is stated as "completed", please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and once confirmed, sign out on Microsoft Store App as well as Xbox App and then try launching the game again.

    By the way, if that still didn't work, can I have the exact message prompt that you're getting?
