i have money in my account for buy left 4 dead 2 but i need a credit card but i dont have this helppp i love left 4 dead 2 i needed

You can download the bc game if you have the means to make that purchase. As was explained in the previous post if you don't own an xbox 360, you need a valid method of payment to make that purchase (like a credit card)

yes you can but remember have the total + taxes if applicable in you're state or country

 

Sign in to the xbox store from a mobile divice or computer it will ask for payment options before you finish the purchase

 

You can't use the money in your Microsoft account to purchase content from the Xbox 360 Marketplace.

To resolve this issue, purchase the item on your Xbox 360 console, where you can use your Microsoft account balance to make purchases.

Unfortunately you are required to put a credit card account on file for your microsoft account, this is for security purposes and to ensure there is a form of payment for anything purchased that they provide. Usually after a credit card is on file it will
ask you to select it during purchases but will always charge your microsoft account balance first (gift cards if you already inputted them) before charging the credit card. (Ask your parents to help and try to discuss a deal so that if the credit is indeed
charged you will pay them back somehow)

 

If you money is on xbox one you cant buy it since xbox on and x360 use different markets hope that helps...

 

Like previously posted there is no way to purchase ANY backwards compatible game with MS account currency (gift cards) unless done directly on a 360 console itself.

There is no way to get around this either. Even if you put a credit/debit card on the account it will not work.

Not even xbox customer support can do this for you.
