    I can't buy games digitally that I had on disk, any help?


    So I recently dusted off my Xbox One S after leaving it be for a while because the disk drive broke on me; and decided to just run everything all digital.

    I had two games that I had installed via disk: Mortal Kombat 11 and Dragonball Z Kakarot. Now because the disk drive no longer worked, I uninstalled them before I attempted to repurchase the games digitally.

    The problem is when I try to proceed to purchase with these two games(and it seems to be only these two games, I can buy a lot of other titles digitally with no issues.) I'll end up getting the message of "Oops. Not sure what happened there. please try
    again later."

    I've tried restarting the Xbox One Console through the menu.

    I did the whole hold the power button for 10 seconds unplug the cord, reinsert the cord, and turn the console back on to remove any cache.

    And, just to reassure this wasn't a problem with my console; I even tried going to the Xbox/MS website to buy the games and still got the same aforementioned "Oops. Not sure what happened there. please try again later." message.

    So does anyone have any experience with what I'm dealing with and if so is there a fix for this?

    Ther is some issue communicating with the store. Hard reset the console and try again

    That's why I am only buying games digitally.. can't be asked to swap disks all the time.

    THat would be why

    Vault can't be applied to the disk you MUST buy the digital base game as ita a digital only upgrade

    I think I know what is up I had Destiny but on disk not a digital buy all the expansions and such were digital just not the base game.
