    I can't buy game by iDEAL , but I've done it before.


    I live in the Netherlands, everyone here uses the Ideal payment system. I used to buy games without gaps, but today for the first time the payment does not go through. Who has already encountered please help!

    Hello again, if you have already made more purchase attempts with other cards, do not try to make more purchases, this could end up blocking your account for security purchases.

    Try to wait between 24 to 48 to make another attempt, if the system shows the same error message contact Xbox support.

    Go to: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/

    See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)

    If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.

    Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.

    Click Contact us

    Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.

    On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.

    On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

    Hi Kate,

    There aren’t currently any outages affecting purchases at the moment as per the Xbox Live Status and the official support page @XboxSupport on Twitter.

    If the payment error occurs on an Xbox console, try to purchase the game online at https://www.xbox.com/ (or vice versa).

    If you’re not able to complete the purchase on the official website, try again in an Incognito/InPrivate tab and perhaps another browser. If you’re only experiencing this issue on your console, however, then you may want to perform a hard reset as this should resolve it. Be sure to disconnect the power cable (from both the wall outlet and the console itself) and wait at least 10 seconds before reconnecting everything to completely reset the power supply.

    Another possible workaround would be to purchase an Xbox gift card (just remember to redeem it to the correct account) - the purchases might be successful with this alternative payment method.

    This has been happening for 2 days now. but not only when buying from my account, but also from my boyfriend's account too. We tried not only our cards in the V-pay system, but also Visa and MasterCard. In all cases, the payment does not go through at all. There is no notification that the payment was declined. Just nothing happens. Only this message " There are issues processing your payment and we want to resolve them."

    Citrous, best thing I've done so far is request a call back from the tech support. I've got to wait 4-5 days to see if they can resolve my issue, but its been the best progress I've had so far. It's not ideal as I now can't use my console for this time,
    but hopefully it'll be sorted.
