    I can't buy FIFA Points?


    Every time I try to buy it it says 'Oops try this purchase again'

    I've tried to restart but nothing is working.

    I stupidly signed up for this beta. I bought 800msp for £6.99 today, redeemed the code and now my points are worth £6.80....I don't mind losing 19p. I bought these points to start a new Ultimate Team seeing as I got the game back last week.

    800msp used to be able to buy 1050 fifa coins, now 1050 coins cost £8.99...wtf!!! Now I can afford to buy 750 fifa coins for £5.99. Technically that 2 premium gold or 4 premium silver packs less than normal. More to the point, I can't actually buy anything
    at the moment because there's a glitch!

    More fool me for buying points for fifa but this is a disgrace - absolute robbing swines. I won't be buying any points ever again. And as for an NDA they can shove that up their jacksy. Way to go M$!

    FIFA 15 points (on the xbox one)

    You can't use money on your account to buy FIFA points. You must use an actual form of payment (i.e. Credit Card/Paypal/etc.)

    EA Help and Xbox Support both couldn't help me with my issue.

    You are forgetting one important point EA fifa points not xbox fifa

    And yes you can buy fifa points with gift cards directly from ea or gamestop

    If you can't get help from ea then noone can help you since ea has your money

    As noted in the refund policy INGAME currency is not refundable since it is with the vendor not xbox or sony

    Sorry but you can't use the refund proccess on any service to get out of suspensions you forfeit it

    You have to deal with ea period
