I can't buy fifa 23, i don't know why.

First off, I used my 10 hour trial with game pass on my xbox, and for some reason when i deleted the game after the trial expired I couldn't re-download it, it's not in my owned games not in ea-pass and after I tried to download again with "Free Trial with EA Play" it says I own it even though I don't. I really wanted to buy the game after my trial expired but it doesn't let me it says"Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help.". If it is something with me owning game pass, could i redeem a code to get Fifa 23, or could my game pass be cancelled by support because I used a one month code and I can't cancel it.

Hello Morgan, by your description you are trying to make the purchase through the console, you mention that you have made more than 10 purchase attempts, but in cases like that when you try more than 3 times, do not try to make more.

This is because the system can block your account for security purchases.

The ideal thing is to wait between 24 and 48 hours for a new attempt and also try to make the purchase through the Xbox website in a normal PC browser.

That is me on Xbox Series S and my friend is on PC, will this work?
