    I can't buy fallout new vegas


    Hey I heard fallout new Vegas was backwards compatible so i went to the store on the Xbox 1 and tried to bye it with my credit card and It keeps on saying "your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again" . Someone please tell me how to
    fix it

    Just checked Amazon. They have new Vegas ultimate edition for 360 with all the DLC for the same price and one day free shipping with prime. That's what I'm doing if Microsoft doesn't want my money.

    Hey there Diabettoo and phillia1848,

    You first will want to check on
    commerce.microsoft.com     and verify that all of your billing information is accuratre and up to date. Then try it again, if it's still not working try to download it from another device such as an Xbox 360 or from Xbox.com.

    If you're still seeing problems, can you please provide the specific error code you're seeing so we can get a better idea? Thanks so much!

    I am having the same issue, same game!! Keeps telling me to "Change Payment Method" but there are gift cards and credit cards on file.

    Seems I am unable to buy ANY 360 games from my XB1!

    Will be going to Amazon soon if this is not resolved.

    You must use a creditcard or a xbox 360 to make xbox 360 purchases

    Currency cannot.be used on the website or xbox one forn360 purchases

    New Vegas shouldn't been Fallout 3 and Fallout 3 should've been some semi-cannon spin-off
