    CANNOT CONNECT TO MY X BOX LIVE ACCOUNT!

    ok , so my old X box RROD , and then i got another X box . and tranfered everuthing into the working X box . but Now i cant log onto my main gamer tag account . I tried coming here and when I put the email i usually associated my account with it made this
    new gamer tag name.. so what the hell is going on .. I only have 2 emails and I tried both and neither will work with my main X box gamer tag account .

    I tried the xbox.com/forgot .. But that says thatI need to log on using my X box account and well I cant do that thats the issue .. I keeps asking for my windows live ID . But I dont know what to do ..and I cant recover my windows ID via the gamer tag account
    since I cant log onto it ..

    what should I do now?

    it is a 360 backwards enabled game, that i want to play on my x box one.

    but i can't buy it through my microsoft account.
