Yes i reached out to the support like one month back and got a ticket number but nothing was resolved so far

I was trying to use my microsoft account to make a purchase on microsoft store and yes the card is linked

Do you also have a card linked to your account? I realize you have the funds in your Microsoft Account, but most purchases through the Microsoft Store require a card on file as well.
