Cannot buy games with backward compatibility (Trial Gold)

Hello 2 days ago and now i can't buy game with backward compatibility on xbox one s, i have 1 month trial gold, i read on some forum that becouse of that i have trial Gold i can't buy games with backward compatibility, is that true or this is other problem?

Can't say that any of my DLC for Gears is showing up in the game, perhaps it is being added by region?

Purchasing errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to do a Purchase.

After that try to purchase the item on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and payment option all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too. If you can't find
anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

It's not gears 3, (for as far as i know gears 3 is not backwards compatible)

I can't download any backwards compatible game.

Is there another way then to log in on a xbox 360 console? like if i buy a physical disc of a backwards compatible game, would it work then? and would i be able to download 360 games after that.

I have the same problem and I can't buy any of the Xbox 360 Backward compatible games. Such a disappointment
