I can’t Buy an Xbox Game pass

So does that mean I should not buy FH5 and just buy the game pass like why can’t I get multiplayer in a game that I will be already paying for

just to be sure, is your Console region set to the same region as your account (and payment option) at
http://account.microsoft.com

The Account, console and payment option all need to be set to the same region and be the one you are located in.

Also be sure to check if there are any issues shown at that page and specifically the subscriptions section.

I do not believe that you can purchase subscriptions for services with account credit, you would need to use Credit Card or PayPal. You can check what options you have for purchasing the service at your
Microsoft Account page under Services & Subscriptions.

In addition, the promotion is for one month, but charges for two initially. It will charge the promotion price for initial promotion, and for a second month at regular price, so you would need to pay for those two months up front, I believe. The fine print
is outlined at the
bottom of the page, here, and says:

• After promotional period, subscription continues to be charged at the then-current regular quarterly price (subject to change), unless cancelled. Plus applicable taxes. Credit card required

the action is only for new members. if you recently had an active membership, you may not be able to do it anymore.

The Gamepass promotion is for new subscribers.
