    hi there can someone tell me why i cant buy a new gamertag it is not that difficult well it is for me i been trying for like a week now. when i press confirm to buy my new gamertag it keep poping these error please help

    Can't buy a Gamertag change...

    Hi,

    I have been trying to change my Gamertag since yesterday ,

    but everytime I try and buy it for R130 ($10) it keeps giving me an error.

    This error is plain and simple and basically doesn't give me any useful information on what the problem may be.

    All is says is :

    i can't buy a new gamertag [​IMG]

    I get it every single time I try to buy a change..

    I thought it was at first my card , so I bought myself enough credit to buy it , but it still gives me this error.

    Any ideas to why this is happening?

    you can purchase left 4 dead 2 by purchasing it through a Xbox 360 or by purchasing it though the website.

    so i fix my address location so right now i live in malta but when i try to link my visa to xbox the state/province only for america what can i do?

    I can't renew my Xbox Live Gold, because I'm stucked with the old email address. I can't buy from Microsoft Marketplace with my Windows Phone, because I would need to create a new gamertag for my new email address, which I don't want as I want to have one
