I cant buy a minecraft realm?

I played minecraft literally 2 days ago and suddenly i cant connect to minecraft services. Now it says i dont have minecraft so it made me buy it again and charged my bank!!!!!

If it's on PC, are you logged in with your Microsoft account directly on the Xbox website or are you trying to make the purchase through the Mojang website?

If you can give more details.

Also to add - I have baught minecraft on the Microsoft store, but I cant buy the game pass on the pc xbox store

Where are you trying to buy it from? Microsoft/Xbox Store?

Also, do you have a US credit card or did you try to buy it using a US gift card?
