I cant bay the destiny expansion pass It "says something went wrong"

I want to bay the destiny expansion pass but there is an error that says "something went wrong"

please I need your help!

error code: "Something went wrong" AND MY MONEY IS GONE NOW!!!

first I couldn't buy the destiny expansion pass It says "Something went wrong" AND NOW MY $50 HAVE GONE OR DISAPPEARED!!!

why is this happening to me pleas help me.

 

Destiny 2 Punch card not checking off!

I'm trying to finish the Destiny 2 punch card, worth 20000 points. It says you have to complete all 3 items to get it. You have to buy Destiny 2, Buy the Expansion Pass and do a quiz. I did all 3 last night, but only the quiz and buying Destiny 2 checked
off, and when I click on the expansion pass it just says buy, even though I have it on my xbox. Well the expansion pass check off eventually? Or did something go wrong with it? Thanks. This is on Microsoft Rewards, But support sent me here to ask this.

 

having the same issue with another item from the store (wanted to buy limbo). atm the status page says, that there is an issue with purchasing/downloading (support.xbox.com/.../xbox-live-status)
but its also mentioned, that the affected platform is the 360?! but I guess the one is affected as well? anyone knows whats the problem there? I mean it seems to be an issue for 3 days now.

so, I would appreciate some help as well.

Sorry to hear about the issues with content. Unfortunately, there is a service alert going on for downloadable content. But can you try clearing your cache? I'll provide the steps below:

1. Hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on.

ok, I will try it on friday with resetting the cache first as well, if it doesn't work, I'm gonna open a new thread

according the error code: I didn't get any, at leas none that fits the pattern on the support site, where you can search for them. there was just a 20+ sign code on the bottom right side, but I didn't thought that this was the error code? If I'm wrong with
this part, I will post this code, if the error still exists at the weekend.

about the cod it changes since every time i tray buying the content

but there is a cod says "pouches-billing-9099.

Ok, I can't find anything on that code but the word "billing" there suggests a billing issue with your account. Please give phone support a try for more assistance as only they can help with billing issues. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269
