I cant appear online.

In these cases I suggest checking your privacy settings related to online and multiplayer & Communication and see if you have some things privated and allow them, otherwise if everything is good there then just go to your profile and go offline and turn off your console and wait like 10 minutes and then turn it back on and then go online again and turn off your console again and wait longer (a couple hours if possible), this usually works for people but you're welcome to try if you want, have a good day or night. 😊

And in the part of "Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety" set all features related to multiplayer, communication and friendship to "Allow".

In the "Privacy" part, set on Everyone the options "See if you're online", "See your Xbox profile" and "Others can communicate by voice, text or invitations"

These settings can only be made if you are of legal age according to the date of birth in this link.

If you are a minor, your parent/guardian must add you to a family group and set up your account.

same here. I cant change my status to "appear online"

I just double checked to be sure and I am appearing as Online so that unfortunately cant be the easy solution.

My xbox account is glitched it shows me online for me but my friends see me offline and i cant fix it. I set

it to appear online but the same thing

If the restart didnt fix your probelm try toggling appearing offline
