The important question is how long have you had the controller. Microsoft's standard warranty on controllers is 90 days. That warranty is effective from date of purchase.

In my country, supposedly, it's one year warranty by law on electronic devices such as controllers. The problem that I have is that after I add my controller, it does not appear on the devices list.

Not to mention because my account classes as suspended from a payment being due. however I can't change my payment method because of the fact there is a payment due but the card it wants to use (my old one) no longer exists.

And because there is balance due on a suspended account I can't add xbox subscription time and to top it off I still have to use parental *** because I can't change my account to adult until my Xbox Live subscription is fixed.

*** microsoft a massive *** I will most certainly not be purchasing anymore xbox or other microsoft consoles.

I bought an xbox one controller and came with a mechanical issue on the right bumper but. I can't give it back to the store because I lost the ticket so my question is: An xbox one controller has warranty on the Microsoft device service?, can I
send it to microsoft so they can repair it?.

If not within 30 days then no

I have the same issue too.

I spent 2 hours on the Microsoft support chat, and nothing they tried with my region account worked, there was no problem with it. It is just the payment platform that doesn't work ...

They ended up saying to me that I need an Xbox 360 to "buy" the free games and after that I would be able to download it on the Xbox ONE.

This is really a problem because since they announced the backward compatibility, I sold my Xbox 360 to buy an Xbox ONE, and now I can't add the Xbox 360 games to my account ...

If someone has a solution ... Because microsoft can't solves this problem for us ...
