I cant add my friend on battlefield 2042

My last advise before contact EA support will be:

ask your friend use their account on PC and see if he is able to add you (for testing purposes)

Or the opposite, use your account on Xbox console (if you don't have one, try asking this to a different friend)

And, just to let you know (in case this could be the problem) if your friend have an Xbox One console (Or One S) is not possible to do crossplay with PC users due to the game performance is different on Xbox one consoles

If they have a Series S/X, and even with the previous the issue persists, the next step as I said will be contact EA

Both of you was able to add each other as Origin friends?

Or there you or your friend can't find the other?

Yes, your friend needs to do it via phone if they don't have access to a PC

And, you can check that via EA account linking page

I didnt understand you but how do you check if the microsoft is linked to the ea account??? and does he have to open ea on his phone because on xbox i dont think you can
