    Hello.. I had a problem with my xbox.. So I reset it.. But now I can't add my second account to the xbox.. No messages appear.. When I add account it asked me the email Associate with the account and then the password.. After that nothing appears.. It just go back to home screen and no accounts been added

    I too am logged into other devices but can't log into my Xbox one

    Tried all of what has been suggested so far and the problem still remains that I click on "add new it then looks like it's loading but then puts me back to the "add new" page.

    So in essence I can't add back my account.

    If Microsoft could come up with a solution that would be great.
