yes I have, It wants me to add money to a Microsoft account and I cant use money that is already on my Xbox

I am using a credit card, in the past it worked but now i received the error above.

Hello again, in your description you referred to microsoft balance, in-game balance (coins of a game) as V-Bucks for example you can buy directly, but if when you try to do this appears that error, only xbox service will be able to help you.
