I cant add debit card for payment for xbox game pass

Have you tried to add a different payment method to your account? It may be an issue with your payment method itself.

To further isolate it, try to add your payment method on a different account.

Just make sure that your account region, billing information, and the region where your card was issued are all in the same country.

I tried this but any payment added does not show up. I've tried multiple cards. No error, just goes back to "you have no payment options"

I can use my payment options elsewhere on the xbox site but not for this game. It states I have no payment options. Support told me debit cards dont work but i found that i cant add credit cards for this game either.

Well forgive me but im a little mad at the fact that xbox is charging a debit card with no money in the account without my permission, and i cant even remove the debit card. I want to simple remove the fricken thing, I cant even add a gold code i have to
renew my membership because my account has been suspended since a payment went through when there is no money on my debit card

You cant use gift cards on xbox live as a form of payment method. Has to be a debit or credit card.

in the past ive bought a gold membership but now im trying to add micrsoft points and it tells me

Cant authorize the selected payment option. please select a different payment option or add a new one.

so i tried to re add the paypal account again and i got that status code and i do have a debit card on my xbox live account
