    I can’t add any new accounts or sign into a new account on my xbox


    I’ve tried multiple things I’ve seen on other people having this problem and nothing has worked including resetting my Xbox in multiple ways including a factory reset, tried signing in on the website then trying again and multiple other things

    Please change your password before you try signing in to your Xbox.

    Go to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> Change my password.

    Kindly try to sign in after changing your password.

    If incase it won't work, please turn on your two-step verification by going to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> two-step verification> Turn on.

    When it is fully on, please test it out and sign in to the Xbox.

    If it will still not work, kindly turn off your Xbox. Unplug all the cables connected to it. Leave it at rest for 2 minutes. Plug in all the cables back and then turn on your Xbox.

    Let us turn off your two-step verification first before signing in.

    Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com>;; Security> two-step verification> Turn Off.

    Once done, kindly try to sign in to your account.

    Try to make a hard reset by holding down the power button until the system shuts down.

    Then unplug the power cable from the outlet for 30 seconds and plug it back in and power on the console that might help.
