Discus and support I can't add any accounts on xbox one x in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Has anyone managed to fix this issue yet?     Has anyone managed to fix this issue yet? Is Microsoft just bluntly ignore this bug they have with no solution? I tried everything i could find on the internet ,i took it to a specialist but they returned it saying its blocked , it is not,as i dont play online and microsoft says its.not

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    Please try to test connecting your console to another network and check if the same problem occurs, you could configure your smartphone as a Mobile Hotspot and connect your console to that network.
