I can't add a new account to my xbox one

I have a problem when adding an account, and the thing isthat it doesn't load,when you give it add a new one you stay thinking and thenyou come back Already try everything but the error goes on, someone has a solution

Same Problem Here.... I can't add my Xbox Live Account to my new Xbox One. It says the internet connect is "good to go" but I can't add a account or update the system. It continues to fail.

Test your network connection in the settings. Settings> Network> Network settings> Test network connection. Make sure it's good. If it is, check Xbox updates, Settings> System> updates and downloads and make sure you have the latest update status successful.
If it is, restart the console from the settings under power and start up and re-add the account.

Do you have other accounts on your Xbox, if so how many? I ask because thrre is a limit as to how many each Xbox One can hold. The number escapes me at the moment.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
