I can’t add a different payment option

I need to pay off xbox live gold but my card is being declined and it won’t let me add a different card

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account and see what might be causing that issue.

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

In this case I would recommend you first contact your bank or provider directly to see if they are not blocking the transaction from their side.

If not, what I can recommend is to try adding an alternate payment method to see if the error persists.

Hi thanks for the response. Ive tried to pay for a Gold Subscription, but it keeps on saying that i cant . says i need to try a different payment option.

This payment option is used on as many accounts as it is allowed to be. remove it from thise accounts and try again or add a different payment option.

*** i only have this payment option under 1 account, so not sure why its saying i have it under too many accounts. I tried to add another payment option, and it also wouldnt allow me to add one.

Any suggestions of how to check if i have other accounts with this payment option?
