    I cant activate my Xbox Live Gold account


    I cant access the section "services and subscriptions" takes three days marking me an error and asking me for time. I need to sign in to cancel a suspended Xbox Live Gold subscription. I cant enter another card or payment to use
    the Xbox Live Gold service.

    What i can do?

    I'm having the same problem. I have a current Xbox Live Gold account, and my permissions are set to play multiplayer games, but it keeps saying that I don't have an active Xbox Live Gold account and take me to a page to sign up. But when I go to Subscriptions,
    it says my account is active until 5/13/2017.

    Some reasons why you cant be in the program is because of not having gold , not an active member , or probably not having your account for My Home Xbox.

    Is it still possible to upgrade from xbox Gold to Game pass ultimate for $1?

    I’ve not redeemed my Xbox live gold code yet though. So is there a way to check when I have no current active subscriptions?

    Cause if I cant upgrade to Xbox Ultimate from live gold. I might as well buy Xbox ultimate 3 months from a third part at $30 ( so $10 per month)
