    I cant' activate gampass free month that came with an Acer notebook


    I bought an Acer notebook which came with a free month of Gamepass for PC. I can see in the Microsoft Store app a section that says "Included with the device".

    There it has the option to acquire, but after I click that, and confirm my credit card (which is already in the store since I have Office 365) it shows an error saying that "Something went wrong" and a code:

    QXHu28SyUkmR94ZT.47.8.12

    It says to ask for support here, but I couldn't find anything similar.

    Does anyone knows how to solve it? I must redeem the code until September 30th.

    Can't claim xbox game pass

    I kinda have the same problem. I bought an Acer and w/ it came 1 free month of gamepass. When I click claim, it just closes the microsoft store, and nothing happens.
