i can't access xbox game pass for pc despite i use the correct login and password

1) It doesn't appear any error message or code

2) I posted this problem on Feedback , tried to uninstall and reinstall the xbox pc game pass app

Hi, I have done this and it isn't working, I says not able to retrieve licence key when trying to open it

Is it not letting you log in to the account at all or is it saying you do not have Game Pass?
