i can't access to marketplace for Nintendo switch

If you used Microsoft balance the best option is view and access to the coins is opening the game on Xbox console
Once opened you can purchase the desired thing in the marketplace
And only after that you are going to be able to see the item purchased in the marketplace in your Nintendo Switch ready to be downloaded

But before that the minecoins are not going to appear in the Switch.
The same happens if you purchase minecoins on switch and then you access to a different platform without purchasing the content itself in the marketplace

Recently my account was compromised and connected to a random nintendo switch. Now I have no clue as to how to unlink the nintendo switch from my account as the only forums I've seen about this situation if you have access to the nintendo switch. I dont have access to the switch so how do I unlink the account from my Microsoft one?

The problem with unlinking this is gonna be the fact that its your Microsoft account is linked to the switch account and not the other way around.

The linking process starts on Nintendo's end. Therefore unlinking it would also have to be done from Nintendo's end.

I am not using Windows 10, I am playing on my nintendo switch. It doesn't let me access the marketplace, either saying "Invalid session" or "There is an error with your account." It doesn't load my skins, and a few of my other friends also have this issue.
