I can't access the settings page for xbox.com

As said above, I can't load the web-page. When I attempt to, from either the app itself or from links on the browser it begins loading but then loads up a different Microsoft support page (here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb...ge-childs-xbox-privacy-online-safety-settings).
Initially I thought it was due to some parental settings but upon further inspection I realised this account doesn't (or at least shouldn't) have parental locks or anything on it (parents never set that up). I've tried logging in to Xbox.com alone but that
doesn't work, I "login" only for none of the xbox account pages to load and the "sign in" button unresponsive (as it doesn't show the profile in anyway at all). Any help would be appreciated as I need to edit some of those settings!

Typical holiday sale issues for me, getting some content is not available, so I can't access the sale and I can't find a page on xbox.com for it either.

I can't be the only one receiving error messages when I try to download the game, right? Heck, I can't even access the game's marketplace page here on xbox.com

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Have you tried using a different device to access our website? Or a different browser?

Aside from that, what settings are you trying to access specifically?

Hi,

I've tried both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge both with the same error, I have also tried safari on mobile to the same result. The settings I'm trying to access are the privacy settings but I can't access any settings or account information on the site
at all.

Sorry for your frustration on this issue. As it sounds that you do have a child account, when you created it if you are under 18 and used your birthday on xbox it is set to a child. As you are unable to change the birthdate at all on xbox.com once it is
set.

Here are a couple links I think might be helpful to narrow down the problem:

Definition of a child account

Adding member to the family

If you are still unsure if you have a child or adult account you can
Contact us and they will be able to see if you have child account or not.

Thank you, although partially helpful the problem remains that I can't access xbox.com to change the settings, as the page on my Microsoft account only has a link to there which redirects as usual.
