2. Access the website https://account.xbox.com/Settings
3. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
4. In the left-side menu, click "Online Privacy." and security".
5. Now click on “Xbox One / Windows 10 Online Security”.
6. Check the following options (or as many as you want) as "Allow":

to. You can play with people outside of Xbox Live
b. You can participate in multiplayer games.

7. Click Submit.

hello, i am having a similar problem, i am trying to buy a minecraft realm but when i try to purchase it, it says i cant because i dont have parent's permission, i dont think i am in a family group and if i was i would be an adult, could you help?
