I can't access the online play for Rdr2. After hours of tech support and a new router, we...

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If I may ask, what is the exact error or issue that you're getting whenever you're trying to play the game online?

Also, is this happening with all of your games or just for a specific game?

OK...so after an hour on the phone with my router service tech, we have opened the ports suggested above, and cleared my memory cache on my 360....but my xbox still locks up when i try play NFS The Run, the autolog servers will not connect!

After an hour on line with the FIOS rep. I purchased the fastest intenet speed available. That did not solve the problem. When I told them they were trying to play minecraft together in the same party, they told me we needed to open another port which
has been addressed by Verachi. Wayyy to technical for me. They are saying to have my grandson call a action tech and he will talk him through opening and changing things ie another port on the wireless router. Can't I just get a router which can support
2 seperate xbox acc. playing minecraft parties at the same time? Seems that would be easier than doing strange things to the router.

My games finally loaded...then they wouldn't even play online...Well time to waste hours trying to call tech support

I called Xbox Live support and they said the reason I could not connect to Xbox live multiplayer on titanfall was due to the technicolor router we have although we recieve the internet clearly otherwise.

They recommended having comcast switch us to an SMC router. I called

Comcast support and they had me unplug the xbox one and the pinged the router and checked it through online support and after pluggin in the x box and powering it up we have access to online multiplayer gaming through titanfall now. Not sure who is right
but we will see if this fix holds up.
