I can't access Terraria in the Microsoft Store

Hello! I purchased the game Terraria with a Microsoft gift card. I was told to go to my order history, where I successfully found the purchase. However, there was no option to open the game. I checked the Microsoft Store, but it didn't allow me to access the game, either.

Does anyone know how would I be able to play the game?

I apologize but you will be needing to request a refund. Please sign in to https://xbox.com/refunds to do so.

If you would like to get the game for PC, you may need to purchase it via Steam launcher because the one on Microsoft Store is for Xbox as well.

Also, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, from there click the game icon, you will be redirected on the product page, please scroll down a bit and check “Playable On”, make sure that it’s for the correct device.

Thank you! I think that might have been the problem. It looks like this is only available for mobile devices, and I'm on a PC.

Do you know if there's any way at all to access Terraria from a PC? If not, am I able to get a refund?

Why is the terraria wiki available in the Microsoft store and not terraria?

I believe Terraria can only be searched for on the Microsoft Store app that is on the Xbox console.

Try to restore keeping games and apps, please be sure that you know your account email and password:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console screen, you'll see three option use this one, be sure you remember the email and password of you're accounts:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with Reset and keep my games & apps
